Nice Appartment in Santiago, Friendly staff, close to Restaurants,Shops, Busses,Taxis and Metro. It was clean, in the Kitchen we had Fridge,Owen etc, so we easily could maka a meal or coffee if we wanted.
The Internet could be faster, :) and some more English TV-Channels.

The localization is very good. Close to the subway station and good restaurants and cafes.
In 4 days they cleaned it only 2 days and they didn`t change the towels. The reception service was terrible also.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, situated between two metro stations, making it easy for me to explore the city. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring I had everything I needed. The room I stayed in was on the top floor and had a stunning view of the city. It was luxurious and provided enhanced comfort with amenities such as air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. The hotel was also conveniently located near a shopping center and a variety of restaurants.
I had a great experience at this hotel. I would highly recommend it to my family and friends.

Good location, reasonable pricing
Thought this was a hotel with appartment-suites, but was part of independent appartment subletting, without real reception desk: leading to clumsiness in contacting person renting. Seems this is common in appart hotels in Santiago. Address given on Booked.net was not the one of the appartment (though very close), leasing to some confusion initially.

Location close to many necessary places. Confortably apartment. Very kind attention.
I should suggest a small basket containing a bottle of water, a tea bag, an individual serving packet of coffee, with some sugar and sweetener. Mostly for the passanger arrival.

This hotel has a fantastic location within walking distance to public transit and great shops and restaurants in a beautiful and safe area. the rooms are spacious and clean with a modern European-style design, and the shower pressure is great. the gym has good equipment and the double beds are comfortable.
Maintenance is poor and the gym and pool are in bad condition.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. the breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of options to choose from. the staff was always friendly and willing to help with any questions we had.
The room was not cleaned until later in the day, which was a bit inconvenient. the towels provided were a bit worn and not the softest.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in a lovely neighborhood with clean surroundings. It's situated in the center of the city, close to restaurants, shopping centers, and public transportation. The hotel facilities were excellent, with on-site parking, and the staff was very friendly. I especially appreciated the complimentary breakfast each morning.
There was nothing I did not like; this hotel exceeded my expectations.

This place was a hidden gem! The location was perfect, right in the heart of a safe and upscale neighborhood with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped with a kitchenette and complimentary breakfast, which was delivered directly to the room. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed during our stay.
While the location was great, it was a little tricky to find. We had to park a block away and navigate through a pedestrian road to reach the hotel entrance.
